Parent Collections in the Permalinks

    It would be really great if we could use a parent collection's title in the permalink for an item.

    For example, if I have Categories->Sub-Categories->Items, it would be great to be able to structure the Item permalink as Sub-Category Title->Item Title and link it to /categories.

    Probably very non-trivial to implement, but does this make sense or is there another way to do this that we are missing?

    We've had this request a number of times. It would be difficult to implement, but it is on our list for the future. For now, you can always manually adjust permalinks when creating an item.
