  • Wondering if it would be possible - or make sense - to let content managers edit existing orders?

    For example, sometimes buyers wants to swap the item ordered, or only purchase 2 of the 3 items originally ordered, etc. I suppose the manager could manually issue a refund for the difference and manually register the change in the comments section, but there is no way to actually update the order. This also gets tricky if the buyer wants to add something to their order.

    Any ideas out there for how others are handling this? Thanks

  • The problem is that there are number of variables involved with discount codes, shipping, tax, etc. It would be very hard to go in and recalculate all of that. My recommendation is to just save the changes as notes.
