Is there a way of passing some of the same arguments to <v:store:paypal_checkout /> as you can with <v:store:checkout> ?
I am specifically wanting the option to pass a logo url which will then be placed on the standard packing slip and order confirmation/invoice.
There is no <v:paypal_checkout>, so I assume you're talking about <v:paypal_express_checkout>? In that case, what you should do is pass a redirect="" parameter to it pointing to a checkout page (can be the same as a normal checkout page) that contains the final options and a <v:store:checkout> tag.
